Who are Amaroni Bloodstock ?
Amaroni Bloodstock Limited is a limited liability Company. Company registration number 5077613. All our horses are owned by Amaroni Bloodstock Limited.
Amaroni Bloodstock Racing Partnership is registered with Weatherbys, with two named registered owners, these being Vijay Advani and Aneal Advani. All our horses run under the name of "Amaroni"
How does the "Racing" Shares work?
Each horse is divided into "shares" of 2% and limited to 50 members, thereby ensuring that there are only a small number of individuals in the syndicate. We feel this is fair for members so that they can be more involved.
For 2008, the cost of the 2% is £250.00 and is payable on a monthly basis for a period of 12 months. Should a member wish to leave all they have to do is give us 3 months notice and thereafter they are free to leave without any penalties. We would of course like our members to remain with us, however, we appreciate that circumstances change.
Special Offer for 2008: 3 Horses, 1 fixed monthly fee of £250 / month
The fixed monthly fee remains in force for a period of 12 months and there is nothing more to pay.
All "Racing" shares are entered into between Amaroni Bloodstock Racing Partnership and the member.
What are the benefits of a "Racing" Shares ?
- Small group of individuals involved.
- Share of all prize money one by the syndicated horse
- Owners badges at every meeting that the horse is running
- Unlimited stable visits
- Access to trainer and members of the Amaroni team at all times
- Ability to leave after 3 months notice is given
- Champagne reception held annually
How does the "Career" Shares work?
Each horse is divided into "shares" of 10% and limited to 100%, again ensuring that there are only a small number of individuals in the syndicate. The main difference between our "Racing" and "Career" shares is that in addition to the fixed monthly fee, there is an initial ONE OFF payment and thereafter the fixed monthly fee.
In the case of "Career" shares, members are purchasing ownership in the horse. For example, a 10% lot in a horse may have a ONE OFF fee of £3000 and thereafter £500 / month fixed for 12 months. Career shares are run for 12 months and thereafter only the fixed monthly fee applies.
At the end of 12 months, should it be decided to sell the horse, then every member with “Career" shares will be entitled to a percentage equal to their participation value of the sales proceeds of the horse. For example if you own 10% of the horse and the horse is sold at the sales for £10,000 then the member is entitled to £1000 less normal auction fees.
All "Career" Shares are entered into between the member and Amaroni Bloodstock Limited
We believe that our Career Shares are for those of you who want a longer term interest in the Sport.
