THE WORLD CHAMPION AND GROUP 1 CLASSIC MILER
Cartier Horse of the Year 2004

Colour Bay D.O.B. 1990 Height 16.1hh

” The horse has got fantastic speed… he is such a marvellous looking horse, so perfect in confirmation… he is a real professional about racing, he’s always pleased to do what ever you ask… If he isn’t a success at stud then I’d be hard pushed to think of another horse that could be.” Luca Cumani

” The Top Class Miler is the horse which every breeder wants to use at stud. And if he is one of the few sons of Sadlers Wells to show his best form at the vital eight furlongs, the demand for his services and for his sub equent progeny, is likely to be keen.” The Irish Field, 11/1/97

” Barathea followed his sire’s example by winning the Irish 2000 Guineas. He has earned the right to be called Sadlers Wells fastest Group 1 winning son”
Andrew Caulfield.
